NHR Agropartners SRL moves closer to the clients and continues its expansion onto the territory of TRANSILVANIA. To secure our continuous growth in the CENTER and to further improve our service in the area, we offer the following vacancy:
• To maintain and to develop relationship with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
• To visit potential customers in order to prospect for new business;
• To act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets;
• To negotiate the terms of an agreement and to close sales;
• To gather market, competition and customer information and to forward it to Marketing;
• To participate at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations in the designated area;
• To negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
• To advise on forthcoming product developments and to discuss special promotions;
• To forward all relevant information to the Customer Service Center for preparing offers and contracts; to follow up the transaction until it’s finalized;
• To review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• To get a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements and to present future buying trends to superior managers;
• To make proposals regarding marketing actions in the designated area;
• To attend technical trainings as well as sales training when requested;
Requirements:
• University – technical background or experience in the agricultural field is considered an advantage;
• Experience in Sales of minimum 3 years;
• Knowledge of the agricultural market and understanding of this business;
• Technical abilities;
• Fluent Hungarian
• Client oriented, self-efficient, positive and pro-active attitude, disciplined.
