RESPONSABILITATI

Installing of machines and services;
Controlling the Maintenance team;
Recruiting additional maintenance personnel;
Working as instructed by the Project & Production Director;
Responsible for ensuring machines and processes are set-up correctly before and during each production run;
Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures and checks are adhered to;
Establishing and ensuring quality procedures are adhered to;
Ensuring ERP data is accurate and up to date;
Ensuring that maintenance department run within budgets;
Working with machine suppliers to gain in-depth knowledge of the machines to optimize their output;
Establishing preventative maintenance schedules and ensuring these are adhered to;
Rapid response to repair any machines, equipment, services within the building;
Liaising with external contractors for repair/service requiring external support;
Establishing local suppliers to provide necessary spare parts.


CERINTE

Experience of working with traditional sheet metal machines (mechanical and hydraulic presses, punching machines, welding equipment);
Min 3 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer;
Ability to understand working drawings;
Fluent in English;
Good communication skills with the ability to lead a small team;
Proactive and flexible outlook – a view to get the problem solved, whatever it takes;
Computer literate - MS Office.

DESCRIEREA FIRMEI

Our client is an international company with 80 years of experience in manufacturing electrical enclosures and components for industrial, electrical and data & telecommunication markets. They are currently in the process of starting up a factory in Romania (Brasov region). The production process will mainly be of traditional sheet metal working machines (punching, presses, welding, painting, etc). Starting from a headcount of zero, within two years they expect the personnel to be approaching 200.
