-Act as the representative and main interface to the Customer for quality escalated issues, in the Plants where the respective product is being produced;
-The CPQM is introduction to the project starting in G50 and follows the project status over serial life time;
-Responsible to make the Risk Assessment: impact levels to customer, plant, BU and Corporate;
-Responsible to initiate the Q-RAM based on assessed risk level;
-In case of serial life changes, is responsible to plan the quality activities, mainly PPAP and Control Plan and ensure customer communication;
-Responsible to train the employees in serial life on the customer specific requirements;
-Warranty Management;
-Analyze customer warranty trend data;
-Monitor warranty costs;
-Warranty payment approval;
-Corrective Actions for design and process engineering issues;
-Drive lessons learned into new product design and process engineering;
-No Trouble Found (NTF) reduction activities;
-Responsible to interpret and draw conclusions from the results of the Test Plan results;
-Responsible to make a Risk Analysis, define an action plan and ensure Customer communication;

-Support in case of escalation needs;
-Coordinate the PPAP team for serial life changes, submit PPAP and get Customer Approval;
-Contribute to and submit PPAP package to the customer, including internal approval (signing of all stakeholders of the project) or escalation process if the case. Ensure that parts are only delivered with customer approval;
-Respects Internal Regulations and company's procedures;
-Respects the internal regulations regarding work safety and the environmental policy of the company.

For this position, our client offers relocation package for candidates outside Brasov.
Candidate profile:
-University degree (e.g. Mechanics, Electronics) or relevant professional experience;
-At least 3 years relevant experience in Customer Quality Engineer – automotive domain;
-Product knowledge;
-Quality methods knowledge;
-Quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, VDA);
-Project management methodology;
-Internal standards (quality manual, procedures, methods);
-Specialized knowledge: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA;
-Specific customer requirements (ex. Formel Q Konkret);
-Problem solving skills;
-Auditing method;
-Advanced English skills.
