HART Human Resource Consulting is recruiting for his client, one of the most important multinational telecom company, Sales Support System Architect.
Objective:
Supports sales organization in the pre tendering/ acquisition phase of complex telecommunications projects by designing solutions , counseling, preparation of performance booklet, solution design, configuration, calculation, offer elaboration, project monitoring).
Responsabilities:
- Support for communications solutions with strong focus on IP data networks: IP-infrastructure (LAN, WAN, switching, routing), IP-security (Firewalls, encryption, access control), Voice over IP (Quality of service, prioritization, bandwith management)
- Counseling of potential customers (counseling dialogue, evtl. workshop)
- Preparation of performance booklets
- Formulation of the solution concept
- Technical concept description
- Project monitoring (partial project management) during realization
- Elaboration and preparation of sales support documents (general presentations about product- and solutions portfolio, solution scenarios)
- Sales trainings
- Active presentation of customer events, fairs, working parties (speech, presentation…).
- Education: MSc in electrical engineering, communications or IT with strong understanding of IP/communication environment.
- English - fluent
- Job experience: 1-3 years is an advantage
- Project experience: effective management of (part-) projects is an advantage
- Widespread and detailed knowing in the voice-/data communication field
- Especially profound knowledge in IP-technologies, routing, switching and prioritization mechanisms and protocols, IT-security and data network components
- Competent appearance by customers and partners.
