- Ensures the achievement of sales targets established by the company; direct involvement in the sales process;
- Establishes and maintains good relationships with clients, customers;
- Advices and trains clients concerning Zapp products and services;
- Receives and monitors the clients’ complaints;
- Performs contractual conditions changes upon customer request complying with all company procedures.
- University Degree;
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
- Very good teamwork and interpersonal abilities;
- Superior computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Good command of English;
- Customer service or sales experience would be an advantage.
