- Analizeze informatiile primite de la clienti si sa inregistreze nevoile clientilor in sistemul informatic;
- Gestioneze si sa transforme informatiile de la client in cerinte concrete catre celelalte departamente interne ale companiei;
- Determine indicele de satisfactie al clientilor in functie de respectarea termenelor si cerintele de livrare catre client - mediaza situatiile critice in livrarile cu clientul;
- Mentina permanent relatia cu clientii si furnizorii interni ;
- Asigure transmiterea la timp a informatiilor de la client pentru planificarea productiei;
- Programeze transportul produselor si sa aleaga solutiile cele mai potrivite de transport al produselor pentru client

- studii superioare tehnice
- cunostinte privind exigentele industriei automotive
- cunostinte foarte bune de limba franceza (iar cunoasterea limbii engleze - reprezinta un avantaj)
- cunostinte generale de logistica si proceduri de export
- cunostinte operare PC si program informatic de tip ERP
pentru ocuparea unei pozitii de RESPONSABIL RELATII CU CLIENTII
Aceasta persoana trebuie sa fie responsabila si ambitioasa, sa aiba excelente abilitati de comunicare, sa fie orientata spre cilent, bun organizator al activitatilor atribuite, pentru a oferi suport managerului de logistica
