Stabilirea si mentinerea in conditii bune unei relatii comerciale cu clientii;
Vizitarea in mod regulat a magazinelor din ruta;
Verificarea activitatii merchandiserilor din aria sa, corectarea problemelor;
Evaluarea raftului ( prezenta, out of stock, pericol de out of stock, produse blocate la comanda, listate dar neexpuse,etc);
Propunerea, negocierea si agrearea comenzii;
Experienta de lucru in magazinele de tip KA retail, de preferat in FMCG, minim 2 ani;
Experienta in domeniul mercantizarii;
Studii medii sau superioare;
Persoana orientata spre client;
Abilitati de interactiune cu oamenii, abilitati de convingere;
Experienta in a lucra cu calculatorul ( Microsoft Office);
Cunostinte limba engleza;
Carnet de conducere, cat.B;
Obiectivitate, tact;
Persoana analitica, flexibila si adaptabila;
Se discuta la interviul final.
