- Manage a local office as central operation center within a surrounding assigned area for specific collection activities like legal collection;
- Manage company’s local lawyers and executors, select new outsourced partners when needed;
- Ensure that all outsurced collection activities are fullfiled, recorded in systems in time and recovery rates are achieved within the collection strategies defined;
- Control & Reporting of activities managed by local office.
- University Graduate (Law University would be a plus);
- Min. 4+ years of work experience from which at least 1 year in a people management position;
- Previous experience in dealing with collection and bad debts recovery, especially legal collection (would be a plus);
- Very well organized, very good analytical, communication and leadership skills; drive for results and entreprenorial abilities;
- Very good computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Clean Driving License, willing to drive within the assigned area.
