For our customer, a multinational company providing credit management services, we are looking for a Branch Manager - Brasov area, who has to meet the following responsibilities:
- to manage a local branch as a central operation center within a surrounding assigned area for specific collection activities;
- to manage company’s local lawyers and executors, select new outsourced partners when is needed;
- to ensure that all outsourced collection activities are fulfilled, recorded in systems in time and recovery rates are achieved within the collection strategies defined;
- to control & report the activities managed by local office.
- University Graduate (law degree would be a major advantage);
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience; the experience in a management position is a plus;
- Previous experience in dealing with credit management services (debts collection or debts recovery);
- Well organized, good analytical, communication and leadership skills; drive for results and entrepreneurial abilities;
- Very good computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Clean Driving License, willing to drive within the assigned area;
- Good knowledge of English language
