Job expirat
- Drafting the collateral agreements of the allocated branches and advising with regard of their legacy;
- Checking and advising from the legal point of view
all the other agreements concluded at the Branch level
in FBR's name;
- Cooperation with the Public Notary;
- Registering into the Trade Register all the additional documents to the CEB's Constitutive
Document;
- Representing the bank from the legal point of view in front of the Court for all the issues related to
the Branch;
- Providing legal opinion regarding the customer's opening account file;
- Provide legal support regarding all the other legal issues;
- University degree in Law
- Minimum 2 years experience in a related job (preferably bank experience)
- Conscientious and extremely attentive person;
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Analytical thinking, good communication and team
working skills;
- Very good knowledge of English language;
- PC skills;
