Primary Responsibilities

• Act on site as responsible for all customer service aspects
• Maintain procedures to ensure consistent performance of Customer service process
• Maintain a close relation with project manager on site, sales manager and head of Engineer
• Maintain call center database accordingly
• Draft weekly and monthly reports
• Work in corporation with accounting in the region
• Being the front person with our customers in the region

Communication/Archiving

• Check deadlines on incoming requests and provide reliable answers based on the information collected from the relevant people or departments: engineering, accounting
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face
• Provide and handle back-up materials on site and copies for Headquarter
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
• Verifying and checking collection communications with accounting – letters and invoices

Appointments/Meetings

• Arrange meeting facilities with clients when needed
• Act as recording secretary; prepare action minutes

• Head of Customer service in Bucharest
• Regional manager
