Primary Responsibilities
- Act on site as responsible for all customer service aspects
- Maintain procedures to ensure consistent performance of Customer service process
- Maintain a close relation with project manager on site, sales manager and head of Engineer
- Maintain call center database accordingly
- Draft weekly and monthly reports
- Work in corporation with accounting in the region
- Being the front person with our customers in the region
Communication/Archiving
- Check deadlines on incoming requests and provide reliable answers based on the information collected from the relevant people or departments: engineering, accounting
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face
- Provide and handle back-up materials on site and copies for Headquarter
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Verifying and checking collection communications with accounting – letters and invoices
Appointments/Meetings
- Arrange meeting facilities with clients when needed
- Act as recording secretary; prepare action minutes
Report to
- Head of Customer service in Bucharest
- Regional manager
