- The role involves leading recruitment projects for industrial field;
- Active involvement in the recruitment process;
- Establish the profile of the candidates, along with the client;
- Identify new sources to find candidates;
- Coordinates the recruitment and selection process;
- Creates recruitment announces;
- Plans and conducts the interviews,
- Makes recommendations to the client.
- University degree
- Experience in industrial/retail field;
- Extensive market knowledge;
- Previous involvement with recruitment activities;
- Minimum one year experience in recruitment activities;
- Able to meet tight deadlines and to manage several projects in the same time;
- Good communicator and active listener;
- Highly organized and results oriented person;
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, looking for a challenge and new learning opportunities;
- Very good English command;
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
