* This position is within the Client Service Department.
* Manages relationships with clients from the moment the client requests an offer to the point of implementation of the project;
* Builds the formal price offers for clients;
* Negotiates prices with clients and costs with suppliers on a project by project basis;
* Provides client support for all new services and products;
* Makes suggestions for re-engineering the process whenever needed;
* External visits to international clients (after 1 year on the position).
* University graduate (preferably Marketing, Sociology, Statistics or any Market Research related sciences);
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position or a relevant position with the specifics of this job;
* Basic knowledge of market research processes and methodology;
* Strong client service expertise with minimum 1 year experience in a client service position within the marketing research field;
* Experience within the international business environment is an advantage;
* English proficiency;
* Familiarity with computers & Internet;
* Excel and Word knowledge – medium level
* Structured, logical thinking, good organization skills, initiative, creativity.
