Our company, located in Brasov, is extending its activity. Therefore we are currently recruiting talented and ambitious people seeking careers in Quality as Quality System & Auditor.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining of quality and environment management systems
- Represent Autoliv to certification authorities
- Coordinate Management Review Activities/Action Plans
- Provide quality system audit results for Management review
- Plan and follow up project-, process- and product audits
- Analyze audit results and direct audit priorities
- Lead/participate problem resolution teams regarding audit findings
- Provide support and training on Quality Systems
- Ensure correct distribution, understanding and working according to standards. Remove old versions.
- Coordinate common systems/databases for Quality Management System (corrective action, return/reject authorization, internal audit, procedures, etc.)

Experience:
- Experience in automotive industry, Quality Management Systems, Quality and Problem Solving Tools.
Personal skills:
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering.
- Good communication skills in English
- ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001
- Team player with ability to lead cross functional teams in Q-work. Target focused and autonomous.
- Systematic and methodical.
