Reporting to QA & SSE Manager, you will follow an intensive development program. Gradually, based on your performance and talent, we will offer you opportunities to grow in career. The main responsibilities will focus on:
- Learning all existing processes, procedures and requirements within QA & SSE department;
- Understanding all Plant position roles, including accountabilities, operating environment dimensions and inter-department relations;
- Granting permanent support to horizontal activities (Integrated Management System coordination, Food Safety, Laboratory and SSE) when required.
-Fresh university graduate or student in the last year of study from Food Technology University;
- Learning on the fly, perseverance and drive for results;
- Can do attitude, open and positive mind;
- Able to stand behind own ideas;
- Problem solving skills and cool under pressure;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- PC skills (MS office);
- Fluent in English;
- Able to relocate to Brasov.
