QA INSPECTOR

Good knowledge of Aluminum melting process and practices, various alloys, and casting technique, specifically gravity, semiautomatic amd manual castings.
-Ability to perform testing; spectrografy, x Ray, temperature control, grain refinement determine root cause of casting defects and adjust the process parameters while running.
-Audit compliance for sequence of operations by studying specifications, work instructions, and work orders.
- Maintains specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controlers etc.
- Resolves production problems by altering process to meet specifications; notifying supervisor
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to minimize losses.
- Documents actions by completing production/ process and quality logs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform any other duty related to quality as required by QA.Manager.
