Job Description: We are seeking a Telecom and/or Electrical Engineer for our team in Romania, Brasov. He/she will help to develop, deliver and maintain the marketing-leading solutions for telecom/electrical engineering and hybrid solution services department.
Summary: This position will analyze the telecom & power applications market / client needs, source external solutions or design internal offerings, develop presentations, proposals and offerings, manage the details of the overall solutions, and support the international sales channels. The successful candidate will have had both inbound (primarily) and outbound responsibilities, and is able to work effectively and collaboratively in a very dynamic startup environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Analyze, structure, develop and maintain the existing product portfolio and roadmap planning.
· Develop and provide formal quotations, proposals and presentations to worldwide customer base along with the sales team.
· Discuss and negotiate prices and contracts with third party suppliers on a regular basis.
· Follow market trends and developments in the telecom area.
· Set up marketing material to support the sales and purchasing team.
· Provide technical trainings for internal sales and purchasing engineers.
· Handle and resolve technical problems and develop after sales support programs.
· Research and prepare technical documentation for customized telecom solutions.
· Participate in and prepare technical oriented presentations for customer presentations and training.
· Participate in designated trade shows

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Telecom or Electrical Engineering or equivalent knowledge, training and experience.
Must reside in Brasov
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing oriented product marketing or technical sales support role.
Excellent in English and French.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are paramount, as is a 'make-it-happen' mentality with a bias for action.
A strong technical aptitude and willingness to get hands-on with products and technologies, and to interact confidently with both technical and business audiences.
Problem solving/trouble shooting skills in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office.
