His main task will be to participate to the development of new lines of production by taking in account the product and quality engineers requests. And in a second step, he will support the start of production of these production lines.
1 Development of line of production
He will have:
- to participate to the making of the lines specifications in accordance with the Autoliv manufacturing process specifications and the Autoliv standard spareparts list
- to participate to the writing of the PFMEA
- to follow the supplier work
- to respect the time schedule defined by the project team
- to participate to the line validation before the start in production
2 Support of the line start of production
He will have:
- to write down the line documentation.
- to follow the production indicators (ppm, efficiency)
- to participate to the continuous improvement on the line
- to contribute to the respect of the product, quality and safety regulations.
- at least 5 years of experience in process engineering on automation lines (we are interested especially in candidates with a background in automotive)
- experience in serial production and in car industry
- strong knowledge in mechanic and automation process
- knowledge in electricity
- knowledge in capability
- working knowledge of English (fluent)
- good relationship, ability to work in project team
- able to respect defined deadlines and targets
- autonomous in working style
- able to work in a team and oriented to find solutions in team
