For one of our clients, a multinational company, world leader in building materials, with top – ranking positions in Cement, Aggregates, Concrete and Gypsum, we are looking for a Project Manager in Brasov.
Responsibilities:
Preparing the documents for investment / disinvestment approval, according to the company procedures and the Romanian laws;
Coordinating the erection and commissioning works of the investment in order to reach the budget, the schedule, the safety standards and the environmental requests;
Making call for tender for projects;
Assisting the Maintenance Manager and taking part in the preparation of investment budgets and PIP;
Analysing and proposing solutions for recurring problems of equipment reliability or problems concerning safety and work conditions;
Contributing to the development of working methods and the definition of procedures ensuring their implementation;
Participating to the internal audits for AQ and Safety activity;
Assimilating / applying / training his team members the specificity of the AQ, Environment and Safety of the investments / disinvestments activity.
Relevant experience in project management(3-5years);
Experience in investment practices;
Experience in coordinating a team;
Technical background;
University degree, preferably in Engineering;
Organizing, communication, team-building and problem solving skills, ability to perform under pressure;
Highly adaptable person;
Good command of English language.
