The ideal candidate should have:
- University degree in Economics or similar studies
- previous experience in project/ people management
- fluent business German language skills and medium English language skills
- the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- leadership and people management skills
- is highly flexible and motivated
- detailed, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
