he main responsibilities associated with this position are:
- Communicate to subordinates the annual objectives of the department/business plan and implement the decided measures to reach these objectives
- Analyse project feasibility and set project timings;
- Project assignment;
- Communication and cooperation with other departments;
- Analyse department indicators and submit corresponding reports;
- Project monitoring and technical support in a timely and effective manner;
- Periodical team evaluations;
- Assess training needs for Project Management team; suggest training topics;
- Induction training and constant coaching;
A suitable candidate should have:
- University Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sociology);
- At least 1 year of experience in project management;
- Desired skills & knowledge:
- Solid understanding of project management methods, processes, standards and tools;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the development of customer reports, proposals, presentations and training/communication materials;
- Problem-solving and organizational skills;
- Flexibility and resourcefulness.
