Represents Purchase in the Project-Teams ( New projects or production transfers);
Links Project Team and Commodity Buyers;
Synchronizes all (local, regional or global) purchasing activities (Commodity Buyers) to projects and project milestones;
Owns ASPP-Project-Process tasks : CLD-Definition acc. to CLD-standard, Coordination of Contract Review Process, Project Component Status updates (PCS will be replaced by CTS);
Responsible for component target costing activities on project level;
Ensures traceability of sourcing decisions;
Ensures that all new components are located in best source and the correctness of the price acc. Local purchasing terms and conditions;
Identifies carry over parts in non strategical suppliers.
