Represents Purchase in the Project-Teams ( New projects or production transfers)
- Links Project Team and Commodity Buyers.
- Synchronizes all (local, regional or global) purchasing activities (Commodity Buyers) to projects and project milestones.
- Responsible for component target costing activities on project level.
- Ensures traceability of sourcing decisions.
- Ensures that all new components are located in best source and the correctness of the price acc.
- Local purchasing terms and conditions.
- Identifies carry over parts in non strategical suppliers
