Job Description
Primary customer contact responsible to plan, direct and control Program Team activities in support of customer requirements and program profitability.
Responsabilities: Interact with customers at all levels on matters of business outlook, schedule, quality, cost, engineering change and new business opportunities.
Outcomes Results: As appropriate, author customer correspondence acknowledging company level of commitment in meeting expectations. Interpret and internally communicate impacts of customer decisions on business performance.
Evaluation: Customer satisfaction metrics, proactive response to changing business conditions.
Responsabilities: Communicate customer expectations with internal Program Team.
Outcomes Results: Program team that is well informed, has a clear understanding of customer expectations and can take appropriate actions to meet customer expectations.
Evaluation: On-time delivery, customer satisfaction metrics.
Responsabilities: Analyze, interpret and modify program financial performance.
Outcomes Results: Financial performance that achieves company objectives and meets program bid expectations.
Evaluation: Weekly and monthly program financial reviews.
Responsabilities: Prepare business forecasts and customer quotations.
Outcomes Results: Provide finance with periodic updates of program sales projections. Generate quotations supporting new business opportunities.
Evaluation: Forecast accuracy, quotation acceptance.
Decisions: Apply business judgment and recommend actions to address difficult customer situations concerning quality, cost, and schedule or business relationship.
Prepare quotations and recommend business strategy associated with new business opportunities.
Apply business judgment in resolution of issues to meet customer expectations.
University Degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent profession experience.
2+ years progressive leadership experience in OEM product development, manufacturing and marketing environments, or equivalent program management experience in contract manufacturing environment.
Prior working knowledge of financial statements highly desireable
