- he will be responsible for quality in the AMC (Autonomous Manufacturing Center)
- he will manage quality activities and personnel of the working groups in his center: 3 quality engineers, 10 quality operators who work in shifts
- he will consolidate the data regarding quality for his center and he will report to the next level and analyze the issues
- he will coordinate production quality activities in the working groups in his center
- he will plan the quality resources and activities in order to meet the future needs of his center
- continue to build up and improve production quality standards and organization
- he will apply Pre-production and serial production control plan
- he will verify that the results from Quality related activities at R&R meet Autoliv and customer requirements. Verify the closure of open issues prior to Start of Production.
- identify risks, analyze them, elevate to the correct level of management, suggest corrective actions,verify closure of open issues.
- lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:
- to analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or Autoliv concern
- to consolidate internal PPM from the working groups in his center and analyze internal PPM, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction)
- coordinate the disposition and hold of all suspect products (interim inspection plan)
- participate in product/ process/ dock audits (including Autoliv Standard 67)
- he will report to Plant Quality Manager
- between 5 and 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry (automotive is preferred) as Senior Quality engineer, Project team leader or quality manager
- leadership/management responsibility experience
- familiar to quality standards rewuired in automotive
- background & skills:
- engineering Degree
- advanced communication skills in English, French is an advantage
- confident, able to lead a team to reach set targets
