Appling the industrial policy defined by the direction;
Organizing plans and follows the production in the respect of quality, the budgets and Times;
Planning the production with the different responsible for sections or workshop;
Supervising the related services of the production;
Reacting with the orders unexpected and the technical problems;
Coordinating the requirements of production and the necessities of maintenance;
Managing the production personal and ensuring itself of necessary recruitment has the flexibility, with the needs, or the period of suractivities;
Developing competences and taking care of the maintenance of a spirit of progress and a good social climate;
Guaranteeing the respect rules of hygiene and securities;
Analyzing failures and propose solutions;
Seeking solutions to improve the productivity, the reactivity and the quality of the production;
Managing of the increasingly short series, improving the establishments of workshops, to optimize flows;
Improving management of production and its system;
Taking part in the studies of investments in collaboration with the direction;
Transmitting any necessary information for the feasibility of a model: technical constraint, capacity machine, etc.

Together with one of our clients, a multinational company specialised in the manufacture of racking and storage systems for warehouse storage requirements, we are looking for a Production Manager.
Experience of controlling a production unit with medium volume production;
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metal and Hydraulic);
Technical knowledge on numerical machines, presses, folding machines or powder painting line;
Ability to resolve day to day issues on own initiative;
Fluent in English;
Leadership personality - the ability to command a presence and deliver clear directions;
Good communicator with influencing skills;
Knowledge in statistical process control is an advantage;
Computer literate.
