Ensures the planning, organizing and follow-up of the production process and manages the PROD team according to the objectives set for each project (quantitative and qualitative parameters and the customer delivery terms);
Ensure interface with Technology („Pregatira Fabricatiei”) & Quality departments with constant aim of products implementation in production, in accordance with clients specs;
Ensures regular review of the production plan progress and initiates corrective actions in order to ensure on time deliveries;
Suggests, implements and maintains an organizational structure within the Production Department - along with clearly set tasks and responsibilities within the department; a clear and organized way of working at the production shopfloor level;
Coordinates and supports the quality system and the quality control within the production department. Initiates measures in order to continuously improve the quality of the products delivered to the customers;
Coordinates work safety activities within production area, in order to provide a safe working environment and protect employees against accidents;
Keeps control of the production costs within department and initiates actions to reduce /optimize them;
Ensures the equipment maintenance in the production area by managing the suppliers engaged in this scope;
Ensures management of people in PROD Dpt : improvement and performance assessment, clear discipline rules at the work places, employment of new people as needed, motivation of the team;
Coordinates the necessary auxiliary activities for a proper production process set – up (i.e.: transports; materials and consumables management & supply, managing the subcontractors involved in the production processes – bending, machining, etc.).
Industrial Engineering degree – experience in metallic structures & welding (plus / advantage);
Very good knowledge of Technical Drawing (Desen Tehnic);
Relevant experience in industrial production environment & management experience;
English language : Advanced level (written & spoken);
PC skills : Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
