Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the activity of the Production department- machining sector;
- Involved in planning and implementation of the production processes according to the production plan and with maximum cost efficiency;
- Involved in investment planning activities for the production department;
- Involved in defining the necessary maintenance activities for his department together with the maintenance team;
- Responsible for training, developing and motivating the production team;
- Responsible for the quality of the products in his sector; performs analysis related to the production results in order to optimize the production processes;
- Involved in projects related to continuous improvement of the production processes.
Required skills:
- University degree – technical;
- Quality management systems certifications: ISO 9001; ISO TS16949;
- Excellent Technical drawing knowledge: interpretation of views, sections, tolerances, symbols etc.;
- Excellent machining (CNC machining) knowledge and production processes knowledge: development of the production processes parameters, programs’ interpretation (G,M, F, S functions), medium maintenance knowledge; basic knowledge in robots maneuvering (memory resetting, lost programs retrieval, manual movements etc.);
- Excellent control instruments knowledge;
- 5S, 5Why, CONCOR knowledge;
- Previous experience in a similar position: minimum 3 years in a production company, automotive sector is a big plus;
- Excellent communication skills; excellent leadership skills, good planner and people organizer; excellent team player;
- Details oriented person, rigorous, methodic, highly adaptable person;
- Willing and motivated to learn new things in his area of activity;
- Advanced English language knowledge (both written and oral) is mandatory; a big plus is Spanish language knowledge;
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office).
