He will work in the product quality assurance team of Inflators Romania, to prepare lines transfer and new lines launches from quality point of view.
- Part of pre-production quality planning;
- Part of transfers and Autoliv Product Development System launches;
- Part of a project team, he will constantly work together with a Project Team Leader, Product Engineer, Process Engineer, Customer Quality Support, Supplier Quality Engineer;
- PPAP documentation preparation and submission;
- Update control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (e.g. control instructions, master samples);
- Part of PFMEA team during pre launch phase;
- He will lead or participate with a Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D report;
- To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or Autoliv concern;
- Participate in product/ process/ audits (product and layout inspection).

- Basic knowledge in Quality tools: SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, Problem solving
Background & skills:
- English skills (advanced);
- French/German is an advantage;
- Engineering degree, preferably Industrial/Mechanical Engineering;
- Analytical, structured, teamwork oriented.
