- Minimizes downtime in all steps of manufacturing processes;
- Support introduction of new processes/products;
- Makes sure that all processes steps defined for each product are running within specified quality targets;
- Propose process improvements in case of deviation compared to the quality standards;
- Develops new processes, equipments and methods in order to have higher line output at the required quality;
- Define and supervises the implementation of quality control plan, process flows and work places instructions;
- Calculate and monitor the manufacturing times at each step of the production process;
- Applies and updates process technologies according to the company strategy;
- University degree ¿¿¿ Electrical, Mechanical or Automatics engineering;
- Experience in product & process engineering on production environment;
- Very good English language knowledge (German language is an advantage);
- Communication and temwork skills;
- Pays attention to details;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Experience in production or quality is an advantage.
