On behalf of our client, a German electronics producer, we are looking for an experienced Product Engineer, that will have to:
- Minimizes downtime in all processes, ensures that they are running within specified targets and support introduction of new processes;
- Makes sure that all processes are running within specified quality targets;
- Propose improvements in case of deviation compared to the quality standards;
- Takes part at the Continuous Improvement program for each product for which he/she is responsible;
- Develops new processes, new instruments and methods for improvement;
- Analyze the production capabilities and opportunities for the new products and parts or for new process implementation;
- Participates and supervises the quality control plan and implementation of procedures;
- Responsible for establishing lean teams as well as training and educating members on lean processes.
- University degree ¿¿¿ Electrical, Mechanical or Automatics engineering;
- Experience in maintenance & process engineering for production;
- In depth knowledge of formalized lean manufacturing concepts, practices, and tools 5S, 6 Sigma;
- Experience implementing and managing a Lean program in a manufacturing environment;
- Very good German¿¿¿ mandatory;
