- Provide technical direction in process technologies;
- Participate in the transfer of equipments, processes and products.
- Identifying areas of improvement for existing process routes and process parameters;
- Starting, running and upgrading the processes ;
- Preparing reports, flow diagrams and charts;
- Monitoring and improving the efficiency of the production flow;
- Making observations and taking measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved;
- Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations;
- Liaising with other departments or collaborators (logistics, quality, laboratories, maintenance);
- Defining and updating work and control instructions for productions lines;
- Training operators for new equipment or processes
- Degree in industrial engineering ;
- Related work experience as process engineer;
- Identifying and solving problems within a manufacturing environment;
- Good technical knowledge of process and equipments;
- PC savvy: MS Office, Production Software, E-mail;
- Knowledge of quality and management systems;
- Responsible, flexible, and eager to enhance knowledge and skills ;
- Able to fulfill simultaneously tasks and duties;
- French compulsory (at least medium level), English is a plus but not compulsory
