For one of our clients, a multinational production company, we are looking for a Process and Manufacturing Engineer.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in the Engineering and Manufacturing field (minimum 5 years experience);
Relevant experience in equipment installation;
Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Catia V.5;
Good leadership abilities and a proven record of leading a team;
Ability to deal with the challenges of a start-up process;
Excellent English skills.
Managing the industrialization of the product by assuring the parameters of hours to assemble the tooling and quality plan;
Developing the acceptance of the equipment manufactured by suppliers, from the constructive planes and dimensional reports obtained by interferometer laser;
Identifying the necessary resources and materials in order to ensure the industrialization;
Improving and optimizing the productive processes of existing lines, defining flows of the production process, designing alternative processes and introducing maintenance, corrective and improvement actions;
Managing the technical and organizational aspects of productivity;
Analysing the manufacturing costs of a product, negotiating its price with the customer and drawing up internal and external offers;
Coordinating the team of Operators.
