On behalf of our client, a highly respected British-based company with a newly acquired Castings Plant in Brasov, we are searching for a Plant Manager to run the operation on behalf of its mother company based in the UK.
The Castings Plant will receive production orders directly from the mother company, therefore, the Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of the product in accordance with product directives.
This is a role that will suit a person who is used to working in a production environnent, alongside high-value equipment and machinery, who is used to motivating and monitoring the highly skilled workers who will sustain the workflow.
- Manage the entire Brasov Facility - including financial aspects;
- Ensure all equipment and the team are working to full capacity, efficiently and producing results;
- Manage and monitor the quality of goods produced;
- Recruit and manage the team;
- Ensure strict health and safety guidelines are respected;
The opportunity to work and train within the UK for up to a period of 4 weeks prior to the official opening of the Brasov facility. A great package + benefits.
