-Manage, promote and drive the implementation of health & personal safety culture within the company
- Ensure the company s compliance with the Group health & personal safety policies/procedures and current legislation
- Initiate projects in the area of personal safety
- Recommend and implement solutions that eliminate or reduce work related health & personal safety risks to employees and Representatives
- Ensure all Company s processes and procedures influencing personal safety are obeyed and ensure betterment and update of current procedures.
- Maintain business relationships with external professional bodies specializing in health & personal safety
-Preparing reports on key trends related to the personal safety for the Board
- Organize and lead training related to the personal safety of employees and Representatives
- University degree
- Experience in leading a health and safety environment is a strong advantage
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of personal safety standards and legislation
- Excellent English skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Clean driving license and availability for business trip
