You will:
• Expertise and significant experience in deploying Java applications in large scale enterprise environments;
• Should thoroughly understand root cause analysis and remediation including recommendation of appropriate tools throughout the application life cycle to assure performance from a Java perspective;
• Design, develop and execute performance test cases and scripts through analysis of product specifications and software requirements, as well as mentoring other test team members;
• Oversee and actively participate in performance test execution, and the development of performance testing artifacts, including performance test requirements, defect tracking and reporting, performance test plans, cases, scripts, reports, etc. for assigned projects;
• Provide expertise on performance testing capabilities;
• Participate in planning, estimating and prioritizing processes to ensure successful execution of performance testing activities.

You will be part of a project delivering a key milestone in the future of online payments. You will develop a web application that will be used by millions of people around the world, whenever they make an online purchase. Your code will be responsible for streamlining the way people buy goods and services, allowing them to use digital versions of their credit cards in a safe, user friendly way, while maintaining the highest standards of payments security. You should have:
• General testing experience (+4 years);
• Experience with Web Applications, server and application performance, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting;
• WebSphere (or similar), Profiling Tools (e.g. JProfiler) / Java across the application life cycle;
• Good knowledge of the software testing lifecycle;
• Good knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to details;
• Ability to understand business processes;
• Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player.
You could have:
• Previous experience in financial projects;
• Load and stress testing experience, automation testing experience.
