Efectueaza telefonic activitatile de colectare solicitate pentru fiecare cont din portofoliul de clienti alocat conform procedurilor de colectare in vigoare.
Gestioneaza portofoliul de clienti alocat (monitorizarea promisiunilor de plata)
Preia apelurile de la clienti si le asigura suportul necesar
Asigura feedback privind procesul de colectare in vederea imbunatatirii procedurilor de lucru .
Minim studii medii- diploma de Bacalaureat;Orientare spre client;
Persoana organizata, deschisa la nou, motivata;
Bune abilitati de comunicare, negociere.

- program de lucru part-time, in ture.
