Assisting Technical Manager in equipment specification and selection in the case of breakdowns or improvements.
• Assisting Production in solving daily operational problems.
• Assisting in improving scheduling material flow and production operations through specific production departments as needed.
•Assisting Technical and Quality Manager with projects involving casting, deburing and machining operations
• Managing and coordinating improvement and expansion projects as required
• Selecting, specifying and ordering control equipment as required•
- Providing technical support for supervisors
•Performing weekly inspections, Plant capacity study, Equipment efficiency.
Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Originating and revising operational procedures, work instructions and other technical documentation as required.
- Immediate opportunity exists for a Foundry Process Engineer in a aluminum foundry. Must have a BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with foundry experience
- We are looking for the talent to communicate effectively within organisation at all levels
- Good English language at technical level is a requirement.
