Together with our client, a leading multinational automotive company, we are looking for passionate Mechanical Design Engineers.
Responsibilities:
Development of components and systems for hydro pneumatic and electromechanical actuating systems for automotive and industrial applications;
Definition, calculation, construction, creation of the models and drawings for component parts / subsystems with the help of the CAD- systems (UG, CATIA);
Utilization of modeling tools (FEA, parametric analysis) to refine design characteristics;
Design and material selection for cost optimization;
Collaboration with sub-suppliers to achieve robust design objectives;
Coordination of prototype construction;
Development and coordination of testing and validation plans;
Creation of functional specifications in collaboration with the customer and the development partners ;
Project management;
Technical customer support.
Bachelor degree in the fields of Machine Construction, Mechatronics or Electrotechnics;
Relevant working experience is a plus, but is not compulsory;
Experience in project management is a plus;
SAP and MS Office knowledge;
Advanced level of English written and spoken;
Advanced level of French and / or German is a plus.
