RESPONSABILITATI

Drafts an annual business plan for the department of which he/she is in charge; in line with the global strategy of the company and the unit business plans;
Takes all the steps needed to reach the targeted turnover and department objectives;
People management responsibilities: regular staff evaluations, staff development plans, job rotation schemes, training schedules;
Liaises with client on research methodology or analysis issues;
Conducts regular project analysis: timings, costs, planning and takes actions as needed to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
Approves feasibility of complex projects, checking with the technical coordinators as appropriate.


CERINTE

University degree (preferably in Marketing or Sociology); ability to apply knowledge of market research.
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Researcher with 1 year in a managerial position.
Proven management, organizational and project management abilities; experience in providing solutions, performing analyses and reports.
Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure.
Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person.
Experience and ability to teach or instruct others (including persons who do not have a technical background; good verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English. Any other language would be a plus.
Proactive attitude, flexibility.
