Involving and collaborating with the team for transferring the lines and start up the production;
Assisting in the preparation and establishing of the manufacturing and internal processes;
Being responsible for all day to day issues within production and being a key role in supporting the Plant Manager;
Hiring, induction and training of direct workers;
Ensuring production targets and delivery performance are achieved;
Establish and maintain effective working environment with open communication;
Employee accountability, including disciplinary actions;
Ensuring all direct employees¿ follow company procedures;
Quality Systems;
Health, Safety and environment.
Experience of controlling a production unit in a similar sized (or larger) organization with medium volume production;
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metal and Hydraulic)or related subject;
Up to date knowledge of Romanian employment laws and legislation;
Ability to resolve day to day issues on own initiative;
Fluent in English or Spanish;
Leadership personality - the ability to command a presence and deliver clear directions;
Good communicator with influencing skills;
Knowledge and experience in working with ISO 9001 standards;
Computer literate ¿ MS office, ERP systems.
