Our client is a multinational global company active in the aeronautics industry. Together we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer based in Brasov.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the industrialization of the product by assuring the parameters of hours to assemble the tooling and quality plan;
- Developing the acceptance of the equipment manufactured by suppliers, from the constructive planes and dimensional reports obtained by interferometry laser;
- Identifying the necessary resources and materials in order to ensure the industrialization;
- Improving and optimizing the productive processes of existing lines, defining flows of the production process, designing alternative processes and introducing maintenance, corrective and improvement actions;
- Managing the technical and organizational aspects of productivity;
- Analyzing the manufacturing costs of a product, negotiating its price with the customer and drawing up internal and external offers;
- Coordinating the team of Operators.
- Relevant experience in the Engineering and Manufacturing field (minimum 5 years experience);
- Relevant experience in equipment installation;
- Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Catia V.5;
- Good leadership abilities and a proven record of leading a team;
- Ability to deal with the challenges of a start-up process;
- Excellent English skills.
