He will have to manage the maintenance engineers technicians in shifts and in normal day
Organize their work and priorize their actions.
Make them applying the Autoliv standards.
Make them respecting the quality and security procedures.
Train them on the technologies used on the lines.
He will have to manage the spare parts stock and ensure the good functioning of the spare parts warehouse according to the Autoliv standard. Therefore, he will manage the spare parts warehousemen.
He will be responsible for the preventive maintenance on the production lines and will manage the preventive maintenance technician.
Responsible to implement & supervise:
-TPM activities
-Curative activities
-Preventive activities
-Warehouse & Reparation equipment
-Maintenance utilities
He will be responsible to continuously improve the activities of the Maintenance department.
5 -10 years experience in maintenance for automotive sector
Technical knowledge regarding: welding, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical (also leak check, gas filling, spinning riveting bowl feeder machines)
Technical skills regarding Siemens PLC
English mandatory
Good communication skills
Open-minded
Experience in management and leadership of a team
Experience in working in an international environment (ex: dealing with expatriate management, experts, communication with peers and specialists within a multinational group)
