Ensuring the flow of the production materials, and also for the finished products that go in and out of the company’s warehouse in a manner that values profitability, productivity and customer orientation;
• Managing the stock of finished goods and ensuring the delivery process to the customer;
• Analysing the requirements and needs of internal and external customers, and aslo suggesting ways to improve the media and information logistics process;
• Operating on customer portals;
• Contributing through its expertise in the communication process with the internal and external customers;
• Negotiating (including informally) with internal and external customers;
• Maintaining the relatinonship with the transport providers, and also managing the budget and transporting goods safely;
• Coordinating the reception, recording and storage process of finished products;
• Coordinating the logistics department personnel and maintaining a good level of productivity;
• Improving the organisation of the providing chain stocks, and also the warehouse stocks;
• Maintaining a flexible supply chain organization in order to fulfill the customer’s needs;
• Planning, directing and controlling the contracting activity (where suitable), purchasing, receiving, distribution and consumption of materials, inventory items and fixed necessary assets in accordance with legal documents;
• Organising and controlling the inventory activities, and seeking results in the logistics department management.
• At least a 5 year experience in a similar position;
• Economy University degree;
• Expertise in logistics (chain suppliers, organizing stock);
• Mandatory experience in the automotive industry;
• PC Skills: MS Office, ERP / MRP;
• Advanced knowledge of French or English language;
• Experience in project management activities;
• Project Management Specialisation– would be an asset;
• Managerial skills.
