- Assist Marketing in collecting and analyzing competitors activities.
- Run Expert Team in functional area.
- Coordinate Technical Field Trials with Marketing, Operations and Technical Services group.
- Visit customers and make technical presentations to gain new product approvals as needed.
- Make technical presentations to customers and in professional conferences.
- Responsible for creating a safe, tidy and harassment free work environment.

For one of our client company, we are looking for a LAB MANAGER to provide leadership to a dynamic team whose primary roles are to develop new products and to provide the testing capability as Technical Service to customers.
If you have:
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar
- Experience in adhesives, sealants, coatings or cement compounds including formulation, product scale-up and commercialization.
- Experience in supervision.
- Excellent oral communication, technical presentation and technical writing skill.
- Excellent knowledge in Design of Experiment, Design FMEA, and other quality programs
-Good computer skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point or equivalents
-English fluency, which by the way, is a MUST
