RESPONSABILITATI

Creates and executes the Business Development Plan;
Provides regular performance feedback and recommends improvements;
Sets the sales goals for KAM’s;
Provides coaching to KAM’s;
Analyses the insurance and private pensions sales markets to identify new business opportunities;
Makes suggestions on local advertising targets with the marketing department;
Informs on administrative issues;
Provides input for plans to service and retain customers;
Provides timely and accurate sales reports and presentation as needed;
Sets and meets the annual sales budget;
Monitors and improves the quality of sales;
Improves the retention rate of customers and contracts.


CERINTE

At least 4 years of commercial experience and at least 1 one year in management;
Corporate sales experience;
Previous experience in insurance business;
Proven track record working with commercial operations in financial activity;
Outstanding leadership;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent English (speaking/presenting, writing and reading);
University Degree.
