Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the Section Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Constantly monitoring the compliance with all quality related standards and procedures (process related procedures, work instructions, process parameters, calibration program, GMP, ISO);
- Defining and updating work and control instructions for all production lines in the production section, according to the procedures defined by Q/A;
- Identifying areas of improvement for existing process routes and process parameters, in line with Section objectives;
- Cultivating awareness of all personnel in the production section in respect to process-related procedures, work instructions and process parameters.
Your profile:
- Graduate in Food Industry or Equipment and Technologies for Food Industry;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Technical and process management skills;
- Analytical skills and able to learn on the fly;
- Proactive attitude;
- Good communication and people management skills;
- Handling complexity and good planning skills;
- Action oriented and good priority setting;
- Time management and organizing skills;
- Good command of PC skills (MS Office);
- Fluent in English.
