1. Manage Documentation Database/System
- keep an update quality documents database
- assure the necessary format for all documents
2. Customer Complaint Administration
- register the complaints
- follow up the action plan
- maintain communication with customer
3. Assists Quality Manager in Different Activities
- assure the necessary action to promote procedures in the company
- prepare presentation documents,
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 year experience (technical degree preferably)
- Experience in managing ISO documentation is an asset
- Word, PPT, Excel, proficiency
- French advanced, english medium
- Very organized person
- Responsible and eager to learn
