Job context and your role inside the team:
As one of the main projects inside Pentalog Brasov, this new challenge that we invite you to analyze, has several coordinates:
- Strong partnership we have been developing with a French company – an European leader in software development and research for global tour operators
- The team's mission was to do a complete rewrite of the application and adapt it to heterogeneous environments (Java/J2EE architecture), adding new features to make it conform to current market demands
- Currently a series of optimizations are implemented, allowing a quick and reliable management system for important clients all over the world.
If you already consider that this challenge is worth taking, here are the core responsibilities you will have as a JAVA Software Developer:
- Suggesting technical solutions in a proactive approach, inside a team of various specialists;
- Good argumentative skills regarding the advantages and the limitations of a solution.
- Writing technical specifications and programming code;
- Ensuring bug-fixing and maintenance;
- Ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Very good JAVA programming experience – minimum 2 years is mandatory;
- Knowledge of Hibernate, JBoss Seam (JSF + EJB 3) RichFaces, Ajax, Webservices, UML
- Advantage if any knowledge in the following frameworks: Velocity, XLS, Turbine
- English or French mandatory

Grupul Pentalog a realizat in 2007 o crestere interna de 67% si o cifra de afaceri de 5,5M?. La inceputul anului 2008, echipa Pentalog numara deja 200 de persoane.
Datorita acestor indicatori pozitivi, preconizam pentru 2008 crearea a numeroase noi posturi in toate agentiile noastre din Romania si Republica Moldova, o crestere de 40% din efectivul actual.
